How do I know if therapy is right for me?

Therapy can be helpful for everyone.  It is typically helpful for someone to have a neutral party to help guide them through life's rough spots or to help with past trauma.

Does my health insurance cover sessions?

Absolutely!  Most insurance companies cover mental health visits.  During your initial phone call, we will gather all the necessary information from you.  During your complimentary consultation we will be sure to cover all insurance benefit information as well as cost share information with you.

Do you offer sliding scale rates?

We do have a sliding fee scale.  However, because we are on most insurance panels this may not be needed.  We feel that it is important that mental health care is accessible, so please reach out if finances are stopping you from receiving care.

How long does each session take?

Sessions times can range.  Most sessions are 45 minutes but we can accommodate 60 minute sessions as well. 


We offer a 30 minute consultation to make sure we are a good fit.  This visit is no cost to you.

What are your Covid precautions?

Currently, we have MER-16 air purification systems in house if you decide to have in-person sessions.  Masks are required as well. 


We are also happily meeting with clients via a telemedicine platform upon request.

In our Germantown office, there is outdoor seating available in the warmer months.
