Meet the Clinicians
Your Well-Being Is In Good Hands
Have a particular life obstacle you’re trying to overcome? Sometimes, seeking help from a licensed therapist is the best way to put things into perspective. As a committed, professional therapist in the Hudson Valley, your well-being and mental strength is my number one priority. I’m happy to guide you through all of life’s challenges with the attention and care you deserve.
A Bit About Therapy
Guiding You On the Path of Self-Healing
Through the use of various psychotherapy methods and collaborative treatment measures, my clients develop life-changing habits to help them cope with any of life’s various obstacles. Our therapy sessions are designed to dissect personal issues and provide clients with effective tools to help them see the glass half full instead of half empty.

Individual Therapy
If you’re looking for quality Individual Therapy sessions with a certified therapist that cares, then you’ve come to the right place. We guide our patients every step of the way and implement various methods to help them develop new attitudes towards all of life’s most complex matters. We are able to accommodate ages 15 and above.
Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAP)
We offer a therapeutic modality called Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP): the use of ketamine as a compliment to psychotherapy. I deliver KAP in my practice in partnership with an organization called Journey Clinical, which has a specialized medical team that determines eligibility for KAP, prescribing ketamine lozenges, and supports me in monitoring outcomes. If you are interested, email me to discuss eligibility and the next steps.
Couples Therapy
Couples counseling, also known as marriage counseling, is a type of counseling for intimate partners. It involves exploration of any conflicts between the partners, is often short term, and focuses on specific problems. Other goals of couples counseling are to improve communication and interactions and to strengthen relationships.
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy
Ketamine is a legal, safe and effective medicine that is used to treat many mental health diagnoses including anxiety, depression, addiction, grief and PTSD to name a few.
Session Cost
At OHMHC, we strive to make ketamine available to all people and pricing can be done on a sliding fee basis. An hourly rate for KAP varies by provider and generally starts at $100 per hour. Most sessions are 3 hours and include an integration session. Both integration and preparation sessions are covered by health insurance.
Additional Costs
Frequency
In order to be considered for KAP, you must go through a medical clearance with a provider. The initial medical exam is $250 and follow-up appointments at $150. While these are not covered by insurance outright, you can request a superbill and send it to your insurance company for reimbursement. Medication is an additional cost ranging between $25-$70 and this is dependent on your dosing, amount of medication sent and set by the compounding pharmacy.
Everyone is different. You may need one session or six. You are the expert of your own body and feelings, and you will know when it is right to have another treatment.
Typically, the effects of the ketamine are felt within two hours and last up to two weeks.
